On the label you'll find where it grew, how it was processed and what you can expect to taste — the three things that shape the cup most. Brew it the way you like it: a pour-over leans into the fruit and brightness, a French press into body and sweetness. Give the beans a few days past the roast date to settle, and keep them sealed and out of the light.
