Single-origin whole bean coffee, roasted to bring out what the origin already has. On the label you'll find where it grew, how it was processed and what you can expect to taste — the three things that shape the cup most. Brew it the way you like it: a pour-over leans into the fruit and brightness, a French press into body and sweetness. Give the beans a few days past the roast date to settle, and keep them sealed and out of the light.
